1How do I search for services?
Click on the Services Tab on homepage of our website. Here, you can find all the services we offered to our clients.
2How do I place an order on your website?
Once you have found your preferred service, just follow the steps below: • Select a preferred service and then click on ‘add to cart’, to add this service into your cart. • Click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ tab to complete your order process. • At checkout, you will need to fill in your personal details and shipping address if you are a new customer. • Click on your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button. 3How do I register?
Kindly click on the Register tab located at the top right end of menu at our homepage. A screen pops up will ask you to login if you are an existing customer or to continue if you are a new customer. Once you click on continue, you will be required to fill in some personal information. After updating the required fields, click on the submit tab to create your account.
4Do you sell fairly used services?
All the services on our website are premier services. We assure you authenticity and originality.
5How can I sell my services on your website?
No, you cannot sell your services on our website. Alertpakistan.com is only selling it’s own premier services related to security alerts.
6What if I cannot find my particular services on alertpakistan.com?
If we do not currently have your particular service, please inform us as we are always looking to broaden our services selection and keep our customers satisfied. However, we have a variety of other services that are similar to what you want.
Shipping & Delivery
1Can you deliver services outside Pakistan?
Yes, AlertPakistan.com delivers services to customers anywhere in the world.
2When will I get my services after I place an order (delivery period)?
We activate our paid services to our client within 24 hours after the payment confirmation. As soon as your order is activated, you will receive an email with login and password to confirm that your package is active now.
3Do you have an office address?
Yes we do. Our corporate office is located in Islamabad – Pakistan.
4Can I pick up my service’s details instead of having it delivered?
No, We do provide activation of services through system. The details must be delivered through registered email of the client. So we do not provide counter activation at our office.
5How do you charge for shipping?
No, we do not charge any shipping charges, as our services are delivered electronically and there is no physical delivery.
6What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
No matter where you are. Your activation details will be delivered to your registered email address. However, if you do not find any such email in your inbox within 24 hours of your payment, we request you to kindly check your spam/junk folder for such email and add our email address to your address book.
7Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
No. As we deliver electronically, so no delivery can be made to your office or home address.
8My items/details haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
If you haven’t received your login details after 2 days of your payment, kindly contact us on +92-51-xxxxxxx or send an email to email@example.com (quoting your order number).
9How do I track my order?
We will send you an email when your order is activated. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to enable us provide you with adequate updates on the status of your order.
